General Terms and Conditions for prize draw for trip to MIFF tour of London
1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no purchase of any kind is necessary to enter this free prize draw.
2. Prizes are non-transferable. Entries are limited to one per person and can only be done after registering for a free ticket online at www.marbellafilmfestival.com
3. The competition is open to over 18s only.
4. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any competition subject to these terms and conditions is restricted to residents of Spain, excluding employees or volunteers working with Marbella International Film Festival their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the relevant competition.
5. Entry to the competition is deemed as acceptance to receive marketing communications from New world trust and its’ associated companies, you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by sending a request to us via email.
6. This prize includes; return ticket from Malaga to London for two people including hand luggage only, by an airline of the organiser’s choice, and stay in a London hotel of the organiser’s choice, for two nights for dates in 2015 to be announced.
7. To enter the draw the participant, needs to have first registered for a free ticket at www.marbellafilmfestival.com prior to commencement of the screening of the films.
8. The participant should deliver his/her choice for the best feature, short, documentary and animation, on the voting forms provided, by placing the vote in the dedicated box at the screening
hall.
9. The festival does not accept responsibility for damaged or none delivered votes.
10. To enter a draw for the prize, the participant must have selected the best films on all four categories, and follow the correct registration and delivery process.
11. After the winners of the films on 2014MIFF are announced, the participant who has voted for all four films which are announced as winners must send a request to info@marbellafilmfestival.com asking to be included in the final draw for the prize.
12. Only the applications which are submitted by email for submission to the draw can be considered for the draw, subject to the corrected vote having been placed in the box and the applicant having been registered on the festival site prior to the screening time of the winning films.
13. The winner the draw will be contacted by email with full details of the prize, including the specific date for the London event for which this prize relates to.
14. The prize must be claimed by the winner and taken in the timeframe stated on the communication supplied.
15. Marbella film festival’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner must be available to take this prize on the dates stated.
16. Changes to names, travel dates & accommodation are not acceptable.
17. Competition prizes may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner, who may travel along with the accompanying passenger, whose details must be notified to Marbella Film Festival.
18. All optional flight/board/accommodation supplements and insurance are extra and must be paid for by the winner.
19. We recommend that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize.
20. By entering this competition winners agree to take part in related publicity.
21. Marbella Film Festival does not accept any responsibility for any winners or entrants who are not complying with the terms and conditions of this competition.
22. Marbella Film Festival reserves the right in their absolute discretion to change these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition without prior notice.
23. The terms and conditions of this Competition are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
