I had the pleasure of attending the Marbella International Film Festival, where my short film “Where is Diana” won the Best Short Film award. The festival was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Bringing together a diverse group of talented individuals and enthusiastic film lovers.

The team, led by incredible hosts along with the rest of the organizing crew, truly went above and beyond to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. Everyone I met—fellow filmmakers, industry professionals, and festival-goers—was genuinely supportive and passionate. This event wasn’t just about showcasing films; it was about connecting with beautiful people who share a love for storytelling.

I’m grateful for the recognition and for the chance to share “Where is Diana” in such an inspiring setting. Thank you to the Marbella International Film Festival for an outstanding experience—I’ll always look back on it with fond memories.

As filmmakers for a dozen years, we have participated in many film festivals, and I have to say that the Marbella Film Festival was amazing! The locations for all events were excellent, the awards organisation and atmosphere were fabulous, and the people were great. We’re looking forward to visiting next year again!

MIFF was the very first festival that invited and selected our film “Colours”. It’s a great honour to be picked up by such a prestigious festival, totally unbiased based on just the merit of the film. After that our film got selected to so many festivals. Although it costs more money, but the money is worth every penny, because of how much efforts they make to promote the film, to facilitate connections. Overall, such a memorable experience. I would be honoured to get selected again by such a wonderful festival. Thank you so much.

Marbella International Film Festival is one of the best film festivals I have attended. I immediately felt at home and Samantha was always prompt about answering any questions. This is the film festival to attend if you want an experience of a lifetime with several networking opportunities and good people.

I recently attended The Marbella International Film Festival which is truly a special event. I had a great time watching films, networking with other filmmakers, and of course partying. The MIFF team were so helpful, and they created a community of filmmakers which was a pleasure to be part of. I highly recommend that you submit your film to this festival.

Amazing experience! Happy to be part of this Festival! Warm atmosphere, very good possibilities for networking, good rich program, beautiful closing gala. Good variety of films! Best cinema in Marbella, chosen for screenings, best places for networking and after parties. Judging without borders, what is nowadays very important for independent filmmakers.

There was great networking and wonderful events. Film makers were treated very well, and we made new friends and contacts. Overall, a fantastic well organised festival and we were lucky enough to win an Award.

Delighted that our short film “Low Morals”, written by John P. Brady and directed by Anton Olandersson, was a Finalist at the wonderful Marbella International Film Festival. The venue was superb, and the organisers were so enthusiastic all along the way. The films on show were fantastic so it is a particular honour to make the shortlist. Thank you one and all at the Marbella Film Festival. Hopefully will see you next year again!
